Fire Rated Door Closer
We have come out with commercial Fire Rated door closer that is light in weight and has an efficient mechanism. It has been designed for use on residential or light commercial interior hollow core wooden doors i.e. electrical cupboards, storeroom and office doors.
Our Fire rated door closer is available as either a strength 3 or 4 closer to suit the most popular range of door sizes. Door closing is hydraulically controlled, with regulators to give the desired speed of closing.

Closing Speed
Adjustment to control closing swing of door, from approximately 180° to 15°.
Latch Speed
Separate adjustment to accelerate or decelerate the door from 15° to 0° to either overcome stubborn latch bolts, or cushion the door into the frame.
Material
It is constructed with high quality components, with a pressure die cast aluminium body, and a steel rack and pinion.
